Once we decide to work together, we can set up telephone appointments for addressing your unique situation. Very likely, during our get-acquainted call or in an email we agreed on a process, perhaps some homework and research on both our parts.

Family Coronavirus Plan
Older adults need special protection during the pandemic as they have the highest likelihood of becoming seriously ill, or even dying from Covid-19.

Let us assist you in evaluating the safety of the current situation and talking about best options. As the experts in aging well, we are very familiar with the local providers and keep abreast of the latest developments in [Your Service Area].
A Family Coronavirus Plan begins with your sending us specific information about the current situation. We will also give you some homework of things to prepare and resources to help you understand the issues. We’ll schedule a 90 minute phone call to go over your concerns and discuss best options generally given your family’s unique needs and capabilities.
Additional research and specific written summary
It may be that you have very specific issues that require extra work and investigation. At the end of our first call we can determine what is involved. It may mean we each do some work and then come back for just one more phone call. Or we may decide that the best option is that you hire us on an hourly basis to guide the care of your older relative on-goingly.
